Caring for your pottery

Once you receive your pottery, please unwrap and handle with care. As strong as stoneware pottery is , it can still be fragile and break if dropped against a hard surface.
Clean with soap and water or a damp cloth. Can also be dusted with a soft brush.

How its made

Each piece is hand crafted carefully from stoneware clay. Every piece of pottery is:

-Hand Thrown or sculpted, dried, bisque fired, glazed and then glaze fired to temperatures of 1200 degrees in my top loader pottery kiln

How its packaged

I reuse alot of packaging from friends and family and use recyclable materials as possible. I will be transparent, I do use a section of bubble wrap to protect the pieces initially (I reuse a lot of bubble wrap, I have to use it as my pieces feature a lot of small animals and parts , I’ve found this the best for keeping them safe in transit as most items are shipped overseas) before using void fill biodegradable and recyclable paper to pad each cardboard box out so it does not move in the box during transit as this is the most important , no rattling means the pottery is fully secure!

Id like to commission a piece?

I do take commissions on a monthly basis. Please feel free to visit my commissions page and email me to discuss ideas or if an items out of stock and you would like something similar!
